The CX Forecasting Analyst is an AI-savvy problem solver ready to dive into the future of customer experience. This role is for doers - designing, training and implementing AI solutions that optimize forecasting and connect the dots for product launches. The CX Forecasting Analyst will be based in Needham, MA.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data science, Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
  • Mindset: Curiosity and a passion for exploring how emerging technologies can enhance human performance.
  • Analytical Strength: Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Eagerness to learn from and support a dynamic, cross-functional team.
  • Creativity & Drive: Proactive approach to solving challenges and suggesting innovative ways to delight customers.

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting & Predictive Insights: Collaborate with analytics and operations teams to build and enhance demand forecasting models using AI and machine learning tools.
  • Automation Initiatives: Assist in uncovering insights from data flows across CX systems (Axion Ray, Power BI, NPD Hypercare, Zoom, etc.).
  • Performance Measurement: Develop dashboards and reports to measure the impact of AI solutions on KPIs such as Call Forecast, Abandon Rate, Speed to Answer, Contact Volume, Agent Compliance, etc.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product, IT, and Data Science teams to align AI initiatives (Axion Ray) with broader SharkNinja strategies and customer experience goals.
