The Client Experience Coordinator plays a vital role within the Client Experience (CX) team at United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), focusing on enhancing the overall client experience. This position is dedicated to making a positive impact on how clients interact with UWM, ensuring that their needs are met and their feedback is effectively managed. The Coordinator will assist in managing client feedback through various channels, including surveys and direct communication, ensuring that all concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. In this role, the Coordinator will research, process, track, and manage all types of client feedback and cases, sharing insights with leadership to inform future initiatives. The position requires coordination and management of CX-related projects, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and that all records of client interactions and feedback are maintained accurately.
