About The Position

This role is responsible for a portfolio of labs that involve generating insights, experiments, and deep discovery analysis to drive a strategic roadmap, and sharing insights with stakeholders and senior leaders across Personal Investor. The candidate will be working in lockstep with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Finance, UX, Analytics and matrixed functions across the Personal Investor business, to transform analytics insights into recommendations for new solutions that driven improve client investment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of eight years related work experience in Analytics and Data Science.
  • Experience working in SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS.
  • Experience through progressive growth from hands-on analytics to people leadership.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience building and presenting executive level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate a framework and roadmap to solve complex and ambiguous business/product problems in partnership with various data functions.
  • Deliver a deep understanding of outcome drivers and curated insights/recommendations for next steps through data profiling and modeling.
  • Draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources and communicate them to audiences of various backgrounds, including senior management.
  • Coach and mentor analysts to identify business opportunities and breakdown complex business problems into analytics workstreams.
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations to showcase the value of analytics in solving complex CX challenges.
  • Build and deliver the analytics roadmap and OKRs while collaborating through a matrixed organization.
  • Recognize ongoing and repetitive needs that can be operationalized to free up analytics bandwidth for higher value work.
