About The Position

Responsibilities: Collaborate with CWL and MTWS engineers to plan and execute test and integration activities Define, document, analyze, conduct, and interpret results of formal and informal tests Develop and maintain detailed test procedures and cases Conduct Verification and Validation (V&V) of corrective changes to systems Perform system installations, removals (rip-outs), testing, and validation efforts Configure lab environments based on drawings and port maps Operate and interpret results using electrical measurement tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters) Identify, document, and troubleshoot software, firmware, and hardware issues Support both internal test events and customer-led demonstrations or evaluations Provide status updates and technical reports to leadership with minimal supervision Assist the Logistics team in creating installation and operation documentation Participate in field service activities at submarine home ports and partner/government labs Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law Education: Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience (4 years job-related experience) Experience: 2+ years of relevant Test & Evaluation experience (Master’s degree may substitute) Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire Technical Skills: Software testing and defect analysis Object-oriented programming and scripting Electrical tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters) General network configuration knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred: Navy or Submarine systems experience Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds Travel: Occasional domestic and international travel, including shipboard and DoD lab installations

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience (4 years job-related experience)
  • 2+ years of relevant Test & Evaluation experience (Master’s degree may substitute)
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire

  • General network configuration knowledge
