About The Position

As the Deputy Chief Engineer for the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL) and Multi-Tube Weapon Simulator (MTWS) programs, you will support the CWL Chief Engineer in daily operations across project phases from concept to testing. This role requires interfacing with both internal engineering teams and customer engineering organizations. Preferred qualifications include a relevant engineering degree, at least 5 years of technical experience (submarine Navy experience preferred), and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Agile experience preferred.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
