The Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship (CWE) is seeking a motivated Graduate Student Assistant to support the launch and implementation of the Scale to Prosper Financial Accelerator program, funded through a one-year Benedum Grant. This position will begin in Spring 2026, will continue through Summer 2026, and may continue through the 2026–2027 academic year. The Graduate Student Assistant will work closely with the CWE Program Manager and other center staff to conduct research, develop marketing materials, assist with participant recruitment, and collect client data for reporting and evaluation. This role is vital to the successful launch and ongoing operation of the new accelerator program and will provide important marketing and program support for CWE initiatives. Requirements

  • Current graduate student in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, public policy, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time.
  • Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year.
  • Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
  • Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with marketing, outreach, or communications is preferred
  • Interest in entrepreneurship, economic development, or supporting small businesses is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CWE Program Manager to support the development and implementation of the Scale to Prosper Financial Accelerator program
  • Conduct research to support program planning and program-related initiatives
  • Assist in creating marketing and outreach materials to support program recruitment and promotion
  • Support marketing and communications efforts to attract program participants
  • Collect, organize, and maintain client data for grant reporting and program evaluation
  • Assist with program coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with CWE staff on outreach, program logistics, and operational support
