We are seeking an equity-driven, compassionate, and detail-oriented Assistant Principal who will serve as a collaborative instructional leader and culture-builder. The ideal candidate is grounded in student-centered practices, brings strong systems and data orientation, and is eager to support a diverse community that includes neurodivergent learners and students with a wide range of learning styles and lived experiences. While experience in Special Education is preferred, it is not required. This individual will report to the Principal and support with school operations, professional development, instructional coaching, MTSS, and student support systems. They will play a key role in cultivating an inclusive, affirming, and high-achieving school environment.
