What You’ll Be Doing Analyze claims and provider transaction data to support reimbursement decisions Use SQL to pull and summarize data on a daily basis Model “what-if” scenarios using industry software Use Excel to organize data and present your findings in a clear, professional way Support ongoing projects tied to contract analysis and negotiations Who We’re Looking For Education Recent graduate or senior currently pursuing a degree in: Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Math, Computer Science, ISDS, Economics, or a related analytical field GPA: Preferred: 3.0+ Minimum: 2.5 Skills & Experience Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets Experience with Microsoft Office (Advanced Skills Preferred) SQL experience preferred (or strong interest in learning) High attention to detail—accuracy matters Clear written and verbal communication skills Able to think analytically and explain ideas professionally What Will Help You Succeed Self-motivated and able to manage your time Adaptable in a fast-changing work environment Works well independently and as part of a team Time Commitment Spring & Fall: Minimum of 20 hours per week Summer: 30–35 hours per week #LI-DNI An Equal Opportunity Employer All BCBSLA EMPLOYEES please apply through Workday Careers. Requirements

• Recent graduate or senior currently pursuing a degree in: Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Math, Computer Science, ISDS, Economics, or a related analytical field
• GPA: Minimum: 2.5
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and large data sets
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Advanced Skills Preferred)
• SQL experience preferred (or strong interest in learning)
• High attention to detail—accuracy matters
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Able to think analytically and explain ideas professionally
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time
