About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Outreach Implementation Specialist to stand up and operationalize our outbound sales engagement infrastructure across two enterprise business units. This contractor will lead the implementation and configuration of Outreach, establish scalable outbound frameworks, and design the foundational workflows and reporting needed to support a new BDR organization. This role sits within the GTM Operations organization and works closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, IT, and BDR leadership to design and implement repeatable outbound systems. The ideal candidate blends technical platform expertise with operational thinking—someone who can configure tools, design scalable processes, and translate business requirements into functional GTM systems. The contractor will focus on configuring Outreach for both business units, creating sequence frameworks, building reporting dashboards, and documenting the operational playbooks needed to support long‐term scale.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years working in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, RevOps, or GTM Operations
  • 3+ years of direct hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Strong hands‐on experience administering and configuring Outreach
  • Experience designing outbound sequencing frameworks and engagement workflows
  • Strong understanding of CRM‐driven sales processes and sales engagement tooling

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating as a GTM Engineer or RevOps automation specialist
  • Experience working with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Surfe
  • Experience designing scalable outbound programs for enterprise sales teams
