Heartline Staffing is seeking a qualified CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist for the following opportunity. The Certified Surgical Technologist supports surgeons during invasive surgical procedures by ensuring a safe operating room environment, properly functioning equipment, and adherence to sterile and aseptic technique. This role requires a strong foundation in human anatomy, surgical procedures, and the application of surgical tools and technologies to support optimal patient outcomes. The CVOR CST prepares and maintains the sterile field, anticipates surgeon needs, handles instruments and supplies, and assists with patient safety throughout all phases of surgery. This role supports operating room services in a high-acuity surgical environment and collaborates closely with the surgical team.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program required
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist required
- State Board certification for Surgical Technologists required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to completion of orientation
Responsibilities
