Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication abilities
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic computer and data entry proficiency

Experience working in the automotive, construction or agricultural industries

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer support and preventative maintenance agreements with accuracy and attention to detail
Open and manage work orders to ensure all services are completed on time and as promised
Perform high-volume data entry, with a strong focus on numeric accuracy
Respond to customer inquiries—answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing excellent service
Collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running efficiently
Travel occasionally for training and to support other locations
