The CV Invasive Specialist II performs duties necessary for catheterization procedures at a technical and professional level requiring minimal supervision of technical detail. The Specialist II performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment. The CV Invasive Specialist II assumes responsibility and initiative for designated areas and procedures as required. Follows Alliance of Cardiovascular Professionals (ACVP) scope of practice or for Electrophysiology the NASPE Standards of Professional Practice for the Allied Professional in Pacing and Electrophysiology.
