About The Position

The CV-22 Maintenance Analyst Lead develops logistics strategies and recommends changes to processes to keep programs ahead of schedule. This role assesses, manages, and works to reduce risk factors while enhancing workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. The analyst creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs. They conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory, and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. The position also involves maintaining appropriate records and preparing reports, coordinating logistics activities with internal and external customers, and performing work under minimal supervision. The analyst handles complex issues and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff and may act as a lead. Typically, this position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Air Force Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with debriefing aircraft flight crews.
• Familiar with Air Force 781 aircraft forms.
• Ability to work multiple shifts.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to type 45 words per minute.
• Air Force AFSOC C-130 experience.
• Air Force MOCC/aircraft debrief experience.
• G081 experience.

Responsibilities

• Uses automated systems to produce a variety of documents, such as correspondence, memos, publications, forms, reports, tables, and graphs.
• Maintains aircraft/engine records in accordance with applicable technical orders and directives.
• Coordinates with senior work center personnel and performs administrative activities within the work center as directed.
• Requires a comprehensive knowledge of word processing software applications and office graphs, charts, or multiple columns.
• Independently completes assignments and resolves problems.
