The CV-22 Maintenance Analyst Lead develops logistics strategies and recommends changes to processes to keep programs ahead of schedule. This role assesses, manages, and works to reduce risk factors while enhancing workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. The analyst creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize costs. They conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory, and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. The position also involves maintaining appropriate records and preparing reports, coordinating logistics activities with internal and external customers, and performing work under minimal supervision. The analyst handles complex issues and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff and may act as a lead. Typically, this position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience.
