About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Cutting Machine Operator to join our Cutting Department. In this role, you will cut fabric using both manual and automated equipment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and proper preparation for downstream production teams.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience working with fabric, upholstery, or cutting equipment.
Familiarity with basic machine maintenance or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lift, stage, and assign rolls of fabric to the correct cutting machines.
Review pattern data to determine appropriate yardage and cutting requirements.
Enter style and production information into the computer system accurately.
Sort, label, and organize cut fabric for the next steps in the production process.
Use a DSI handheld scanner to scan and verify fabric tickets.
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance (e.g., changing blades, minor adjustments).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; assist with additional departmental tasks as needed.
