About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating cutting machines or similar industrial equipment, preferably in textile or lace manufacturing.
  • Basic understanding of fabric types and cutting techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or cutting patterns.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate cutting machines according to lace design specifications and production requirements.
  • Operate cutting machinery to accurately cut lace fabrics, ensuring precision and minimal material waste.
  • Inspect lace materials before and after cutting to identify defects or inconsistencies and report any quality issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams to meet daily output goals and maintain product standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document production data, including quantities cut, machine settings, and any incidents or deviations.
