Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school education.
  • Manufacturing/industry experience preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Work as a part of a team to achieve the company's overall goals.
  • Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Meet production goals and time deadlines for company projects.
  • Read and process written communication including work orders, frame prints, and measurements.
  • Work under close supervision.
  • Demonstrate production competency and knowledge of production systems.
  • Rotate to other production positions as needed.
  • Operate appropriate equipment including fabricating machinery, band saws, acetylene torches, tape measures, etc.
  • Physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds.
  • Exhibit successful problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain professional relationships with supervisors, fellow employees, customers, etc.
  • Work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
  • Prioritize and adapt to changes throughout the day.
