Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity

Nice To Haves

• Experience with foam cutting or similar manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of different foam materials and their properties
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operating foam cutting machinery to cut materials according to production specifications
• Inspecting and measuring foam pieces to ensure precision and quality standards are met
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production instructions
• Keeping equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Performing basic machine maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
• Communicating with the production team to ensure materials are delivered on time and accurately
• Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating concerns to your supervisor
• Assisting with physical inventory inspections and measurements as needed
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as required
