About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred but not required.
Must be friendly, courteous, service-oriented, and flexible and enjoy working with a variety of staff.
Must be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.
Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision; work well under pressure; able to manage multiple projects.
Must be able to continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and have discernment for colors and detail.
Must be able to count, use and read standard measurements and have good eye-hand coordination.
Must be able to move and lift up to 70 lbs.

Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Work as part of a production team.
Receive production work to be processed and keep track of daily production.
Pick up, move, sort and place material or items on tables, racks or bins.
Use manual and electric scissors, fabric cutter, die clicker, and manual hot blade cutter to cut patches and similar items.
Cut material, vinyl, and use machinery to laminate items as part of production.
Perform quality control to meet specifications of product.
Pay attention to the quality of both the starting product and the finished product.
Use heat gun to remove extraneous thread and material as part of quality control.
Operate a lifting jack to move material bolts from shelf to table.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
