Requirements

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor.
• Must be able to use small hand-held tools such as knives or scissors.
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting, and lifting up to 35 lbs required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sort various grades of product from the packaging lines.
• Place products into appropriate packaging that meets quality and product specifications.
• Upgrade products that do not meet quality standards through salvaging techniques.
• Place upgraded products into suitable product codes.
• Rotate into all positions on the cut up line as required.
