The Purpose of the Cut-Up Hanger is to take the parts of the chicken that are being processed and hang them on the line for further processing.

- Rehang chickens onto shackles for processing
- Grade one leg birds
- Separate birds with low quality
- Must be able to keep up with production flow
- Must report any unsafe condition, pain, and problems to supervisor or lead person
- Be responsible for other duties deemed by supervisor
