Requirements

Proven experience with asphalt cut & replace (must have real field experience)
Ability to read site conditions and execute without hand-holding
Familiar with compaction standards and asphalt thickness requirements
Reliable, punctual, and professional on job sites
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work outdoors in all conditions

Nice To Haves

Experience on commercial properties (retail centers, malls, warehouses)
Equipment operation experience

Responsibilities

Perform asphalt cut & replace for parking lots, drive lanes, and other asphalt surfaces
Saw-cut asphalt accurately
Excavate, prep sub-base, and compact properly
Install and compact hot mix asphalt to grade
Ensure smooth transitions and clean edges
Operate skid steer, saws, rollers, plate compactors, and hand tools
Follow safety procedures and jobsite standards
Work with crew to meet schedules and quality expectations
