Cut House Utility - 2nd Shift

About The Position

The material utility team member is responsible for making sure saw tables are loaded, pre-cut tubes positioned in racks, deliver bundles of tube to the cut house yard, unload trucks, and system movements are made in a timely manner. They also are responsible for organization of the staging area and the return of empty dunnage.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED (not necessary).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Lippert Forklift License Required (Offered once hired).

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 months related work experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to switch from task to task efficiently and effectively.
• Must be able to have some knowledge of staging areas at the warehouse and plants.
• Must have organizational skills to keep, maintain, and/or update material delivery log.
• Must be able to operate a forklift confidently, efficiently, and safely.
• There is a minimum lifting requirement of at least 50 Lbs.
• Must be team oriented and able to work well with others.
