Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or retail is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to work from 12 PM to 8 PM, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cut a variety of fruits while adhering to company quality standards.
Package cut fruits in a visually appealing manner for display in the store.
Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and comply with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages or quality issues to management.
Assist customers with inquiries about fruit products and make recommendations as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
