About The Position
Responsible for coordination of the documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers. The position involves providing impeccable customer service, processing commodities that require specialized processing, obtaining correct classification of goods for customs release, and maintaining shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements. The role also includes adhering to international importing and exporting regulations, working closely with internal staff and government agencies, processing agency brokerage shipments, and performing entry reconciliations as needed.
