About The Position
Responsible for coordination of the documentation required by US Customs/Government Agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers. The role involves providing impeccable customer service, processing commodities that require specialized processing to reduce the risk of liquidated damages and penalties, obtaining correct classification of goods for customs release, and maintaining compliance with all record-keeping requirements. The position requires working closely with internal staff, departments, and government agencies to deliver a high level of service to customers.
