About The Position

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for managing the customers experience and work to ensure a happy and positive review. This includes processing all ISF (Import Security Filing) entries, assembling entry packets for submission to Customs, and approving applicable documentation. The role involves customs clearance of air, ocean, road, and rail shipments, processing all entries via ABI in a compliant manner to fulfill all CBP and other government agency requirements, and handling OGA processing. The candidate will also obtain Freight Release, facilitate and manage duty payments and ACH accounts, classify goods, and rate commercial invoices. Additionally, the role requires interfacing with U.S. Customs and other government agencies, ensuring compliance with Clutch Global Logistics, Inc. internal policies and procedures, recommending solutions to drive efficiencies, and managing deliveries of LCL and air freight from US port/airport to customer door as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an entry writer or in customs broker operations
• Experience with classifying goods
• Experience with OGA filings

Responsibilities
