Requirements

1 Year Experience in customs brokerage or freight forwarding.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in paperless environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree
Customs Brokerage: 2 year (Preferred)
Freight Forwarder: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: Chinese (Preferred)

Responsibilities

Customs entry
Filing ISF filing
Prepare and process import documentation in compliance with U.S. customs regulations.
Assist with the preparation of entry summaries and other required documentation for customs clearance.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing and storage of documents in paperless environment.
Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint for efficient document management and communication.
Collaborate with the brokerage and freight forwarding teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
