About The Position

St. Cloud Technical & Community College is actively seeking instructors to join its Customized Training department, offering opportunities to teach in a variety of specialized fields. This is a chance to share expertise and contribute to workforce development in the following subject areas: Business, IT, and Professional Skills – Provide practical training in leadership, communication, Microsoft applications, and essential workplace skills. Skilled Trades and Industry – Offer hands-on training and certification support for tradespeople advancing or updating their skills. Health/EMS – Deliver essential training in CPR, first aid, and clinical skills such as phlebotomy, medication administration, and nursing aide skills observation to support healthcare workforce readiness. Direct Care and Human Services – Train caregivers and support staff in essential skills for practical, compassionate support tailored for those working in residential, in-home, or community-based settings. Motorcycle Instructors – Guide participants through motorcycle safety and riding techniques, fostering responsible and skilled riders.
