Requirements

• Industry experience in relevant subject areas such as welding, safety, or electrical.
• Ability to teach and engage students in a classroom setting.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in adult education or training.
• Familiarity with Hispanic-Serving Institutions and the Latinx student experience.
