About The Position

The Customization Supervisor supervises department staff and ensures customization orders meet specifications, quality standards and are completed on time.

Requirements

• High school diploma or a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good computer skills
• Basic knowledge of design programs
• Experience operating engraving and/or imprinting equipment
• Ability to multi-task and ensure procedures are followed
• Good interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Adobe Create Suites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and approves work orders, including design specifications and proofs
• Works directly with customers and internal customers on changes needed as part of the proofing process and subsequently manipulates the artwork for production
• Maintains engraving and imprinting equipment.
• Assists with engraving and imprinting as needed
• Inspects finished product for quality and accuracy
• Ensures department meets production goals and deadlines through scheduling of work processes
• Supports the training and processes of a 3rd party vendor for watch sizing requests
• Works with the repair center in the parts creation process, as well as provide overflow capacity for the repair center
• Prepares production reports for Sr. Management and corporate offices
• Other duties as assigned
