About The Position

As the lead for the HP-on-HP program you will own the success of a cross-company program utilizing and showcasing HPs products and services to operate HPs business. Using HP products inside to creat great employee experiences you will set the direction for great customer experiences. In this role you will manage the executive governance process to determine which Print services and products will be highlighted, develop and track product and service offering initiatives, and build and own meeting the success criteria set for the programs. You will work closely with product teams and business leaders to drive new go to market programs and facilitate customer advisory sessions around the globe. As "customer zero" you will also own the operations and performance of MPS and Office Print globally for hp ensuring services are delivering value, improving employee print experience and that new features are providing promised business value inside hp.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related experience or a master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Excellent project management and process development skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to interact and influence at the executive level.
  • Deep business experience with Enterprise Print and Print Services.
  • Background in IT SW integration and deployment and design of AI applications.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT end user computing & infrastructure services.
  • Demonstrated master level cross business communication and collaboration skills.
  • History of leading cross functional programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve objective value propositions with measurable goals a must.
  • Customer presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Business or technical degree / MBA or MS preferred
  • Previous experience in IT and/or SW deployment and integration a must.
  • Experience with enterprise Print, Print Service, or related product management strongly preferred.
  • Product management or product development skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work across businesses, functions and product teams to define and own key service requirements and goals
  • Work directly with technical teams to communicate requirements, brainstorm new solutions
  • Define KPIs and develop before and after snapshots for new products and services based on employee experience metrics
  • Manage deliverables across multiple cross functional teams
  • Develop and maintain program plan and schedule
  • Report progress to executive stakeholders
  • Participate in the development of go to market materials, presentations, videos, press releases demonstrations.
  • Own ongoing governance process and make key decisions on deploying tech. features utilizing input from hp as a customer.
  • Capture and use data driven methods to make key scope decisions
  • Utilize agile and lean methodologies effectively in development of end product (a/b testing, incremental hypothesis testing, etc.)
  • Participate in employee experience work including journey maps and DEX and analytics development efforts
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers at the top of the business, function, geography or organization as well as key tactical leaders.
  • Uses extensive business knowledge to drive engagement for the largest IT initiatives.
  • Proactively engages in strategic business planning where there is IT impact; influences overall business strategies of HP Print BU and Services MPS organizations.
  • Represents the needs of a typical enterprise business during the new product priority-setting process.
  • Owns trouble shooting and remediation of incidents including problem management through engineering and fix deployment.
