As a Customer Training Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our customers succeed from day one. You’ll be the bridge between a powerful, sophisticated platform and the people using it, ensuring customers feel confident, capable, and excited about what they can achieve with Agora. This role is ideal for someone who loves teaching, thrives in front of an audience (virtual or live), and enjoys turning complexity into clarity. You’ll own the end-to-end customer training experience, from live onboarding sessions to building scalable learning content that empowers users long after implementation.
