About The Position

We are looking for a entry level Support Specialist who will help our customers thrive by solving technical support questions that come up as they use our ERP software to grow their businesses. Location Lancaster PA

Requirements

  • Aptitude for technology, including strong Windows knowledge and PC hardware basics
  • Software technical experience
  • Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
  • Customer service/business process experience

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical inbound support calls and tickets
  • Manage inbound support emails
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in our ERP software
  • Maintain and grow client relationships by providing support, training, information & guidance
