Trystar is seeking a highly skilled Customer Technical Support Engineer to provide customer facing real-time technical support for Trystar’s broad array of custom-engineered critical power systems for some of the most demanding applications in the world. In this customer-facing technical role, you’ll work with Fortune 500 data centers, major utilities, hospitals, universities, and large commercial/industrial facilities - helping them safeguard operations with a wide breath of customized power solutions. As a Customer Technical Support Engineer, you will primarily serve as a technical support interface between external customers and Trystar, including installers, engineers, integrators, owners, and maintenance electricians. This role also supports internal customers such as the Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, Operations, and Quality. In this role you will routinely utilize troubleshooting skills, a working knowledge of electrical principles, power electronics circuits, software, and networking. This role will closely collaborate with other technical support team members, across Trystar sites, and with the field service team.
