About The Position

The Customer Technical Support Associate at Peraton will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures for problem identification, documentation, and resolution. This role aims to ensure maximum issue resolution within minimum timeframes to meet Service Level Agreements. The associate will direct staff activities to enhance technical support practices and coordinate customer service activities with internal functions, while also assisting users with computer hardware and software applications.

Requirements

  • 0 years of experience with a BS/BA; 4 years of experience without a degree.
  • Familiarity with MS products, O365, Outlook email, and basic desktop troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility with scheduling, including the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications required within 6 months of hire.
  • Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Implement policies and procedures for problem identification, documentation, and resolution.
  • Ensure maximum issue resolution in minimum time to meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Establish objectives and direct staff activities to improve technical support practices.
  • Drive product supportability and coordinate customer service activities with internal functions.
  • Design and maintain customer databases.
  • Assist users with computer hardware and software applications for immediate problem resolution.
  • Maintain in-depth applications knowledge of company's products, services, and systems.
