About The Position

Customer Service Representative for Readymix and Aggregates About Us Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. What You'll Be Doing Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues and complaints with effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes. Provide product and service information to customers.
