About The Position

This position involves completing a comprehensive training program lasting between 4 to 12 weeks, with internal training spanning 4 to 6 weeks and external training lasting 8 to 12 weeks. The role is designed to prepare the individual for a department manager position, which includes traveling within the division to train and provide relief as needed. The focus is on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, while also establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return.
