About The Position
As a Customer Service Clerk at King Soopers, you will play a vital role in delivering a high level of service and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently, while also identifying and communicating opportunities for operational improvements that can enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
