ABC Supply is looking for a Customer Support specialist to join the Beloit Team. This position is a fast paced, cross-functional support role, which requires working knowledge of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service Support, and Inventory Control. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, meticulous attention to detail, ability to analyze complex financial data, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Summary: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations Identify, analyze, and promptly resolve discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams (Audit, CFS, Branch, Accounts Receivable, Treasury) to provide clarification and resolution to discrepancies and issues Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliation process, resolution, and reporting of findings Contribute to the development of reconciliation process and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
