Things we're looking for in terms of more specific skill-sets and experience: At least a high school diploma (or equivalent) At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment Experience working in a dental practice is highly preferred, but if you have experience using/supporting an accounting/billing application, that's just as golden Excellent verbal soft skills, and ability to assist all customers with their requests Strong working knowledge of hardware, networks, and other generally techy stuff
