About The Position

Customer Support Technician will handle in-house and onsite repairs and calibrations of ATEQ Leak and Flow quality testing instruments.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Technology
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Technical background with the ability to operate various types of service and calibration equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in direct face to face customer service on and off site
  • Ability to follow processes with attention to detail.
  • Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities

  • Service and calibration of ATEQ products returned from customers.
  • Application design and set up for new and existing ATEQ and VIC equipment.
  • Travel to customers for onsite service, calibration, and tech support.
  • Maintain proper documentation of services.
  • Answer service-related phone calls from customers.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues over phone or email.
  • Perform ISO 17025 Calibrations according to the procedures.
  • Make follow up calls to customers with recently serviced instruments.
  • Quote repairs/calibrations in the workshop or onsite
  • Assist in integration of ATEQ and VIC customer support departments
  • Assist in Design and engineering for sales team
