About The Position

We’re seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external B2B customers. This is an entry-level support position ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and eager to grow in a technical support environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for a variety of operational and technical support requests, including desktop issues, application troubleshooting, and user access needs. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask across multiple support channels.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred; 20–30 calls/day)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and multitasking across calls, tickets, and chat

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow (ticketing and resolution platforms)

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional customer service via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Resolve issues such as password resets, login problems, and transaction failures
  • Utilize knowledge base articles and SOPs to troubleshoot or escalate issues
  • Guide customers through equipment requests, relocations, software installations, and access changes
  • Document all actions and resolutions in the ITSM ticketing system
  • Collaborate with team members on support projects and escalations
  • Maintain punctuality and professionalism in both remote and in-office settings
  • Complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and compliance training
  • Participate in weekend shifts as scheduled
