We're committed to building a world-class support experience that strengthens trust with every interaction. Veriff is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for the USA. As a key part of our global support organization, you’ll serve as the voice of Veriff for customers across multiple industries and time zones. You’ll be responsible for resolving support tickets, answering technical and product-related inquiries, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to ensure a frictionless experience for our customers. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a problem-solving mindset, and cares deeply about customer outcomes.
