This is an in-office p osition. In this role, you will professionally manage a high volume of calls with a polite demeanor. Your focus will be on accurately gathering, verifying, and documenting essential information to ensure every customer message is recorded and communicated precisely.

Requirements

  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills in a Windows based environment
  • Good attendance
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
