Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer calls and emails, providing friendly and professional support
  • Process customer orders accurately and maintain detailed, organized records
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination to support project timelines
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute materials for internal teams and customers
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, building skills relevant to business administration
  • Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction
  • Contribute to improving workflow processes and documentation practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting, tracking, and coordination activities
