About The Position

This role is about keeping customers supported and operations running smoothly. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the primary point of contact for distributors, channel partners, and internal teams. You’ll manage orders, answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating clearly, and seeing things through from start to finish.

Requirements

  • Someone with strong customer service experience
  • Comfortable working in multiple systems throughout the day
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused
  • Intermediate-level experience with a desire for stability and growth

Responsibilities

  • Supporting customers with order entry, shipping, and follow-up
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries
  • Tracking and resolving issues using CRM and ticketing systems
  • Coordinating with sales and internal teams when problems arise
  • Looking for opportunities to improve processes
