The Customer Support Specialist ( i nternally known a s the Support Squad ) will work closely assisting our Part Experts with many i ssues that may arise. They will be the team member behind the curtain who serves our customers’ sales, service and support needs when purchasing parts. If you demonstrate strong organizational skills, coupled with a collaborative spirit to ensure effective communication and cooperation across the segments you support , we want to talk to you !

Requirements

  • You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
  • You are a team play er that can also tackle projects independently
  • You enjoy interac ting with team members and leaders across the business
  • You're able to multi-task but don't miss a beat when it comes to details!
  • You a problem-solving detective and love analyzing data !

  • You show independent discretion and can make decisions in a time sensitive environment with minimal direction

  • You're available to work M-F from 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (EST) with flexibility as needed
  • You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home.

Responsibilities

  • Cover several order web portals
  • Create and u pdate survey and escalation cases for our web portals
  • Sort the c ustomer s ervice e mail q ueue
  • Manage the Customer Support team email inbox to merg e accounts, creat e import lists, creat e UPS labels, updat e account information, register users , etc;
  • Sort, update, and combine our new account list (s)
  • Collaborate with other business units by sorting and sharing their reports
  • Assist with the UPS Exceptions Report
  • Manage customer portals
  • Create and email warranty credits to the customer
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through emails to our internal and external customers
