Responsible for maintenance of consumer records, ensuring compliance with HIPPA & confidentiality rules and regulations. Duties involve but are not limited to: compiling and checking documents for accuracy transporting documents maintaining files answers inquiries regarding policies and procedures assists the public and staff in filling out forms for records request files and maintains supplies, forms and records may perform data entry and retrieval may deliver, pick up, or receive documents, supplies, mail, equipment, or materials check for quantity and quality make arrangements for repairs and services Performs related work as assigned.
