Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide professional and efficient support to both clients and clinicians using the MindFriend platform. You will help ensure a smooth experience across bookings, payments, and platform use.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support or client services (preferably in tech or healthcare)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms and support tools
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive situations

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client and clinician enquiries via email, chat, and support channels
  • Assist users with booking appointments, account access, and payment issues
  • Provide guidance on using the platform (video calls, scheduling, profiles)
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases when required
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests
  • Ensure a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach when dealing with users
