About The Position
Terraboost Media is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to address customer inquiries and complaints during the implementation phase and throughout the life of a campaign. The specialist will welcome new clients, respond to calls, emails, and chats, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate information is provided regarding sales orders. The position also focuses on retaining customers who are considering cancellation of services.
